This privacy policy applies to the Giftra app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Yiğit Arslan on behalf of Y/A (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
1. Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we handle your data when you use our mobile application.
Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

Giftra stores your gift ideas and personal notes locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to the Service Provider’s servers and remains entirely under your control.
2.3 Location Information
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. We do not collect, store, or process any geolocation data.
2.4 Account and Personal Identity Information
Giftra does not require users to create an account or provide any personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, or phone number). The Application can be used without registration.
3. How We Use Your Information
The Service Provider may use the information collected to:
- Provide and maintain the Application
- Improve user experience and app functionality
- Contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, and marketing promotions
- Analyze usage patterns and optimize performance
- Ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity
4. Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

4.2 Legal Requirements
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

- When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
- With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement
5. Opt-Out Rights
You have the right to stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
How to Uninstall:
- Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Giftra > Uninstall
- iOS: Long press the app icon and select “Remove App”
6. Data Retention Policy
Gift ideas and personal notes you enter into Giftra are stored locally on your device only. These are automatically removed when you uninstall the Application.
The Service Provider will retain any automatically collected data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like them to delete any data associated with your use of the Application, please contact them at support@realbonds.app and they will respond in a reasonable time.
7. Children’s Privacy
Giftra is designed to be suitable for users of all ages, including children. The Service Provider is committed to protecting the privacy of younger users.
The Application does not require registration and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at support@realbonds.app so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
8. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
8.1 Security Measures
- Local Storage: Your personal gift data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to external servers
- Encryption: Data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols
- Access Controls: Limited access to personal information by authorized personnel only
- Regular Updates: Security measures are regularly reviewed and updated
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
