Account Deletion Guide
Follow these simple steps to delete your RealBonds account
Open the RealBonds App
Launch the RealBonds application on your mobile device and make sure you’re logged in to the account you wish to delete.
Navigate to Settings
Tap on your profile icon, then select the “Settings” option from the menu. This is usually represented by a gear icon.
Find Account Management
Scroll down in the Settings menu until you find the “Account” or “Account Management” section.
Select “Delete Account”
Tap on the “Delete Account” option. You may be asked to enter your password for security verification.
Confirm Deletion
Read the deletion warning carefully, then confirm your decision. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
Important: What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your profile, stories, and all content will be permanently removed
- You will lose access to all your connections and messages
- Your reviews, ratings, and event history will be deleted
- Any remaining tokens or promotional codes will be forfeited
- Your username will become available for others to use
- This action cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period
Grace Period
After initiating account deletion, you have a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate your account by simply logging back in. After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data Retention
Some information may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes transaction records which must be kept for 7 years per legal requirements.
